The USA pretends to be a victim of terrorism while in reality it’s the number one perpetrator

Why the United States is always the victim of terrorism, but never its perpetrator

Today’s civilian victims in Yemen will be ignored, says Glenn Greenwald, because the United States and its allies are responsible

In Fayoush, Yemen this morning, just outside of Aden, “a massive airstrike” hit a marketplace and killed at least 45 civilians, wounding another 50. Officials told the AP that “bodies were strewn about following the strike.”

The bombing was carried out by what is typically referred to as a “Saudi-led coalition”; it is rarely mentioned in Western media reports that the US is providing very substantialsupport to this “Saudi-led” war in Yemen, now in its fifth month, which hasrepeatedly, recklessly killed Yemeni civilians.

Because these deaths of innocents are at the hands of the US government and its despotic allies, it is very predictable how they will be covered in the US

1 of the Largest Human Experiments In History Was Conducted On San Francisco Residents [VIDEO]

Published on Jul 10, 2015

San Francisco’s fog is famous, especially in the summer, when weather conditions combine to create the characteristic cooling blanket that sits over the Bay Area.

But one fact many may not know about San Francisco’s fog is that in 1950, the US military conducted a test to see whether it could be used to help spread a biological weapon in a “simulated germ-warfare attack.” This was just the start of many such tests around the country that would go on in secret for years.

The test was a success, as Rebecca Kreston explains over at Discover Magazine, and “one of the largest human experiments in history.”

But, as she writes, it was also “one of the largest offenses of the Nuremberg Code since its inception.”

The code stipulates that “voluntary, informed consent” is required for research participants, and that experiments that might lead to death or disabling injury are unacceptable.

The unsuspecting residents of San Francisco certainly could not consent to the military’s germ-warfare test, and there’s good evidence that it could have caused the death of at least one resident of the city, Edward Nevin, and hospitalized 10 others.

Feds Request 52,000 Rounds of Ammo for Hoover Dam, Lake Mead Security [VIDEO]

Published on Jul 10, 2015

In a move that’s prompting questions about the stockpiling of weapons by the federal government’s nonmilitary agencies, the Bureau of Reclamation wants to buy 52,000 rounds of ammunition for use in law enforcement at Hoover Dam and Lake Mead.

After learning about the purchase request, Nevada Rep. Mark Amodei vowed to inquire with the bureau about its operations, number of officers carrying firearms and how much ammunition it uses, according Brian Baluta, a spokesman for Amodei.

Department officials declined to provide specific information to the Sun regarding details of the ammunition purchase request. “We want to limit the amount of information any bad guys might have about our protection capabilities,” said Rose Davis, a Bureau of Reclamation spokeswoman.

A review of federal procurement records by the Sun shows that the Bureau of Reclamation, best known for its management of Western waterways and dams, solicited bids in June for 41,600 rounds of hollow-point ammunition along with 10,400 rounds of shotgun ammunition.

The agency declined to say how many armed officers work at Hoover Dam and how many security threats it faces each year, but according to a 2008 review of federal law enforcement, the bureau had 21 officers patrolling Hoover Dam.

Pacific Islands Cable Breaks, Cutting Off Phones and Internet [VIDEO]

Published on Jul 10, 2015

Technicians are restoring telephone and Internet service in the U.S Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands after a break in undersea cable disconnected the islands from the rest of the world.

Phone and Internet was fully restored on Tinian and Rota islands Friday afternoon, but Saipan had limited phone service and no Internet connectivity, said Jim Oehlerking, CEO of Pacific Telecommunications Inc., the parent company of IT&E, which operates the undersea cable.

“We’re working diligently on all the islands throughout the company…and pursuing all avenues to bring it to a swift closure,” Oehlerking said.

The outage affected the commonwealth’s population of more than 51,000 people. Some cell phone customers on Guam also couldn’t make calls or use the Internet.

The outage cut phone, banking, Internet and other communications. It affected credit-card purchases, withdrawals from ATMs and all other communications using the islands’ only fiber-optic cable connection to the outside world.

Cop Decapitates Army Vet With Cruiser on the Way to a Call, Doesn’t Render Aid, Speeds Off

Bill McIntyre was a hard-working retired Army veteran who built fences for living. Because of the negligent actions of a Tampa cop, this 60-year-old man is now dead. He left behind his wife, three sons, a daughter, and two grandchildren. On the night of June 28, McIntire was on his way home when a Florida detective was on his way to a call of about a robbery. On the way to the call, the officer struck McIntire, decapitating him, and then sped off. He never stopped to help nor did he report striking anything with his cruiser.
