CIA spying on Senate Who Is Investigating CIA Torture and Rendition Program [VIDEO]
The Senate Intelligence Committee is not happy with the CIA, and the CIA knows it. The spy agency and the Senate committee that oversees it have been butting heads over a forthcoming report, which the CIA has tried to keep secret, about a defunct detention and interrogation program. Then the CIA began an internal investigation into whether its employees spied on the Senate Intelligence Committee’s staff members. Now the agency’s Inspector General Office is asking the Justice Department to investigate allegations of malfeasance by its employees. RT’s Ameera David takes a closer look at the DOJ’s involvement in the battle between the CIA and the Senate Intelligence Committee.
